I've been playing around with some of my beautiful cabs I picked up from my lapidary teacher in college. I have quite a collection of beautiful turquoise cabs he cut. After my Wood and Turquoise necklace I've fallen in love with combining wood and turquoise.
The wood brings out the woody colour in the stone so nicely. And I like the wide design of the piece (as opposed to tall/long, like most pendants you see). Very nice!
The wood, silver, and turquoise do look lovely together. I would have rathered the curve of the wood follow the curve of the stone, but that may just be me
i think i like the back of the turquoise better then the front , it reveals less of the stone, and seems more enigmatic like tis for me . And i also think that this could be reversible without any doubt
Wonderful piece
